If you ever recover from our 7th birthday party (this thursday! the 10th! from 4-9pm! barrels of fun!), this event looks like its going to be a guaranteed good time. In honour of Vue Weekly's Annual Sex Issue (which hits the stands this thurday), Vue is hosting a little party this Saturday September 12, at the Artery. Featuring the lovely ladies of Capital City Burlesque, along with musical delights such as The Secretaries and Sans AIDS.
This event is also starring local artists and a silent art action with proceeds going to HIV Edmonton. Basically win/win, for all. Oh, and, best part: a Cuddle Booth. YES! Similar to a kissing booth (i've always wanted to set up a kissing booth at the Royal Bison!) but with cuddles. Event is at the artery, $10 at the door, event gets underway 9 ish.
