about a week ago i was enjoying a sunday bike ride and decided to stop at a local junk shop on the southside. the little old lady who runs the shop (and she is little, and very old) pointed out this beautiful jewellery box which once belonged to her own grandmother, dating it from the 1850s. well of course i bought it, she seemed so excited for me to have it and i'm a sucker for beautiful, broken things. but now i need to fill it with fitting treasures.
